19th-century rectangular French oak console table 43¼" x 23¾"

This marvelous natural finish oak rectangular table dates from nineteenth century, France. Its beautifully turned wood balustrade-shaped legs are connected by an H-shaped stretcher at the base. The top has a pretty raised edge, originally fitted with marble. An inviting piece with instant character and charm, this superb table will make an excellent addition to a kitchen workspace or bar counter in a living space as-is or outfitted with a marble top.
