Antique Italian floating console w/ red patina & floral decoration

This exquisite little Italian floating console dates from the 1900s. The timeworn patina is terracotta red with pretty hand painted floral motifs, the edges are also gilded. Note there is a little drawer on the front. This console is designed to be attached to a wall with the single leg above floor level. A lovely choice for an entryway or hallway.

Condition and wear consistent with age and use.
