Italian drop front storage console, blue, 27¼"

An unusual small Italian console made from pitch pine. Dating from the late-nineteenth century, this storage item could be used as a bar, for bathroom essentials, or shoes. The dimensions make it particularly versatile. The blue gray patina was applied recently.

Condition and wear consistent with age and use.
