Louis XV 3 drawer commode 41¾"

Dating from the late eighteenth century this superb three-drawer commode is carved from walnut and is curved on the sides and front. Note the stylized shell in the apron, and the scrolled feet on dies. This was made in the Languedoc region of south/west France. 

Condition and wear consistent with age and use.
