Louis XVI 18th-century mahogany 3 drawer commode - 39½"

This rare Louis XVI period three-drawer commode is made from solid mahogany with bronze hardware. Sourced from a Chateau in the Gard region of southern France, this classic chest of drawers will be a statement piece in a bedroom, dressing room or living room. Note the top drawer has decorative carvings as though there were three little drawers when in fact it is one drawer. 

Condition and wear consistent with age and use.
